This page allows you to schedule/reschedule/cancel a Preliminary Design Review Meeting for your construction work at different design completion level (30% to 100%). You can schedule a meeting for existing or new projects.
Preliminary Design Review Meeting (PDRM) assist in ensuring that projects are consistent with, and do not adversely impact DDOT's multi-modal strategic objectives. The meetings form part of a structured review process for evaluating transportation impacts, provide and administer a policy framework, and provide consistent public space policy guidance. PDRMs are primarily focused on streetscape design, particularly for medium- and large-scale developments. Meetings are highly recommended at different stages of the project development. Stakeholders for review meetings generally include the DDOT case coordinator and representatives from each of the main administrations such as Policy and Planning, Traffic Operations, Infrastructure Management, Public Space Regulations, Urban Forestry, Office of Planning and Transit. Other interagency stakeholders may be added at the discretion of the case coordinator.
