12/16/2024All After-Hours Public Space Permits Now Require ANC Support Resolution Requirement extends to both residential and commercial permits Washington, DC –The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) announces a new requirement for all after-hours public space permits, which now requires a resolution of support from the Single Member District (SMD) of the Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) where the after-hours work is proposed. This is in effect Wednesday, January 1, 2025, for permits in both commercial and residential zones. rental permit required for use of the public space within the District of Columbia.
Whether you need to occupy metered and unmetered curbside parking, sidewalk, alley
or travel lane areas for your activity or construction related work, TOPS will work
for you. If you are a developer or are in need of a zoning plan review through the
Development Review Branch, TOPS will work for you as well.
